Has jurisdiction over the casting workshop, processing workshop, sheet metal workshop, plastic spraying workshop, parts warehouse, etc. The foundry workshop has 6 automated die-casting machines, including a 1,350-ton large-scale die-casting machine.
Workshop
The processing workshop has more than 50 CNC machine tools, which can independently cast and process mechanical accessories for all plastic pipe welding machines below 1,600 tons. The sheet metal workshop has a 1500W automatic laser cutting machine, CNC pipe bending machines, and multiple cutting machines. The spray plastic workshop has a 240-meter automatic assembly line and 2 large-tonnage sand throwing machines, which can meet the standardized production needs of products and quickly respond to customer customization needs.
